- Yeah the hat is from my "youth". Several of us use to goto conventions and hold "Pirate Parties". We'd dress up and say "arrgh you've been shang highed to attend our party."
The logic was - women love pirates and maybe we'd get some of that loving! I think the feather in that hat has gotten sun bleached so I'll have to get a new one.
